والجيوبولتيكا من خصائص الإنسان والإنسانية عبر كل مراحل التاريخ- ففي صيغ مختلفة، وعلى مستويات مختلفة- ووفقًا لصيغ متفاوتة من التفسير والفهم والتبرير تتواصل المعركة التي لا تنتهي بين النظم والعوالم والثقافات، القيمية منها والمعنوية بين القارات.
إن علم الجيوبولتيك هو علم الدولة وهو علم السلطة وهو علم القوى الكبرى للسيطرة والهيمنة ووجوده لفهم العلاقات الدولية يمثل للمتخصصين مفهوم أساسي وللمشتغلين منهجًا في التحليل لا يمكن الفكاك منه على الإطلاق ليظل التحليل الجيوبولتيكي علم العلوم وأكثرها حداثة وإن كان لا يزال من أكثر الميادين اختلافًا.
