Book Description
هذه الدراسة دراسة عملية لا تتناول المساعدة من منظور أو مدرسة خاصة ولكنها تهدف إلى التدريب على المهارات الأساسية للمساعدة، وتبنى هذه الدراسة على بعض الافتراضات وهي: المساعدة هو شخص لديه مهارة ويعيش هو نفسه حياة فعالة أو على الأقل أكثر فاعلية من العميل، العميل هو الشخص الذي سوف يتعلم المهارات التي يحتاج إليها لكي يعيش حياة أكثر فاعلية وذلك من خلال عملية المساعدة، المهارات التي يحتاج إليها العميل هي المهارات الأساسية للحياة والعلاقات الإنسانية وهي المهارات اللازمة لكي يعيش الإنسان بسلام وفاعلية مع الآخرين.
فالمساعدة مهنة شاقة ومتطلباتها كثيرة لهذا فإن الإعداد والتدريب لهذه المهمة صعب ومكلف. يجب على المتدرب أولاً أن يحيا حياة فعالة جسدياً وعقلياً وإجتماعياً وروحياً كما يجب أن يتعامل مع مشاكله النفسية والسلوكية بشكل مستمر ولا يتوقف عن طلب النضوج والنمو الروحي والنفسي.
