هذا الكتاب محاولة متواضعة للكشف عن "الأصولية الإسلامية" الحقة إذا جاز لنا أن نستخدم هذا الشعار في الحقل الإسلامي وأن نحدد ملامحة ومعالمة.. وهو كذلك محاولة للفصل بين الأصولية الحقة والأصولية الوافدة من الغرب في تيار من تيارات السموم والأباطيل التى طالما رمانا بها، وسلطها علينا، وللفصل كذلك بينها وبين "الأصولية" التى نبتت ونمت على أرض الإسلام ويحاول أصحابها ان تكون لها فقهية إسلامية خاصة، تبرر ما يأتون به من تطرف وعنف وإرهاب، نحاول الكشف عن هذه "الأصوليات" الثلاث ما يضع الحقائق في مواضعها، وما قد يرد عن الإسلام ما يرمى به من انحراف او عنف او إرهاب وما يبين وجهه في حقيقته، وفيما يتسم به من جمال وصفاء ونقاء.
