إن كل بيع نهى الشارع عنه فهو حرام ويضر بالمسلم ، يستوي في ذلك ما يضر بالأموال كالغش والتدليس وبيع الحاضر للبادي وبيع النجش . أو ما يضر بالدين كالبيع عند أذان الجمعة وبيع الأخ على بيع أخيه وبيع العنب لمن يعصره خمرا وبيع السلاح لأهل الحرب . أو ما يضر بالعقل كبيع الخمر والمرقد والحشيشة والأفيون . أو ما يضر بالأنساب كبيع لبن الأمهات وخاصة بعد ظهور بنوك اللبن كوسيلة لبيع لبن الرضاعة . وكذلك بيع الدم لمن يريد التربح منه أو المزايدة به . وأخيرا فإن من عدالة الشريعة الإسلامية أنها لم تبح أخذ مال الإنسان بغير حق . ولم تجبره على التفريط فيه بأي طريقة ، بل جعلت الحفاظ على المال دستورا ومنهاجا . وجعلت التراضي وسيلة للتعامل ولغة في البيع والشراء ما داما – البيع والشراء - داخل الإطار الإسلامي .
