فى كلمات قلائل حدد لنا مؤلف هذا الكتاب قوام الشخصية الجذابة, بقوله "قوامها المقدرة على اجتذاب الناس إلى حبنا, واحترامنا, وترغيبهم فى تحديد ما نريد".
وعلى امتداد فصول الكتاب فصل لنا ما أجمل فى كلماته القلائل, ونظرة على بعض عناوين هذه الفصول تبين لنا كيف عالج موضوع الشخصية الجذابة والطرق الموصلة إليها "فن معاملة الناس, اعرف قدر نفسك, صحتك تتمم شخصيتك, كيف تتجنب التوتر العصبى.. الخ".
ومما يزيد فى قيمة الكتاب أن مادته قائمة على الملاحظة والتجربة وذلك من خلال تعامل المؤلف مع الناس بمعهد العلاقات الإنسانية الذى أسسه. يقول المؤلف فى مقدمة كتابه "كلما ازدادت معرفتك بنفسك كلما ازدادت فرصتك لاكتساب الشخصية الجذابة" وينصح المؤلف فى ختام مقدمته القارئ أن يعود إلى قراءة الكتاب مرات عديدة, وأن قراءته مرة واحدة لا تكفى لاستيعاب مادته ومافيه من معلومات.
