هذا هو كتاب الأضداد الذي وضعه عالم النحو واللغة "أبو يوسف يعقوب بن اسحاق السكيت" ، وقد ضم فيه ثلاثا وتسعين كلمة من كلمات الأضداد .. إستفاض في شرح وبيان كل منها. فكان يستشهد بالقرآن الكريم و الأحاديث الشريفة والأشعار المختلفة لتأكيد ما يقول وقد كان "أبن السكيت" عالما مؤدبا إشتهر بتمكنه من علم النحو وقد إستدعاه الخليفة المتوكل لتأديب ابنه.. وقد فعل حتى كانت نهايته مقتولا. وقد قام بتحقيق هذا الكتاب الدكتور " محمد عودة سلامة" ، و قد إتبع في تحقيقه إسلوبا علميا دقيقا يبرز أهمية الكتاب وما حواه.
