كثر الجدال والسؤال عن موضوع دفع القيمة في زكاة الفطر هل يجوز؟ فجاء هذا الكتاب من أجل الإجابة عن هذا السؤال ودفع هذا الجدال، وذلك هو كتاب "تحقيق الآمال في إخراج زكاة الفطر بالمال" للشيخ العلامة أحمد بن محمد الصديق الغماري، أورد فيه الشيخ الكثير والكثير من الأدلة وآثار الصحابة والتابعين كما استدل بالقواعد الأصولية والفقهية فلم يترك لمنصف حجة ولا لمجادل شبهة.
وقد كان عملي في الكتاب أن اعتنيت به اعتناء بسيطًا فقد شرحت المفردات التي يحتاج القارئ إلى معرفة معناها، وعزوت النقول التي نقلها الشيخ إلى مظانها قدر الاستطاعة، كما قمت بتخريج الأحاديث من مصادرها الأصلية ليسهل على القارئ الرجوع إلى أماكنها كما ترجمت للأعلام الواردة في الكتاب مقتصرًا على غير المشهور منهم، كما أنني ترجمت للمؤلف بترجمة فيها شئ من الاستفاضة لتعريف القارئ بالشيخ الكريم رغم شهرته العريضة، كما أنني -تتميمًا للفائدة- ألحقت بنهاية الكتاب بعض فتاوى العلماء في موضوع الكتاب نفسه وهو إخراج القيمة في زكاة الفطر.
