Book Description
مختصر الطليطلي أحد المختصرات الفقهية على مذهب مالك التي كانت مشهورة في القرن الرابع الهجري، ومؤلفه هو أبو الحسن علي بن عيسى بن عبيد الطليطلي من أهل الأندلس. قال ابن الفرضي (ت403 هـ) في كتابه تاريخ علماء الأندلس عند ترجمة علي بن عيسى بن عبيد الطليطلي: "وله مختصر في المسائل أخذه الناس وانتفع به". تناول بن عيسى في مختصر هذا أحكام العبادات بشيء من الإسهاب وبعض أحكام المعاملات وهو ما يتعلق بالربا، ما يجوز بيعه بعضه ببعض وما لا يجوز، بيع الحيوان باللحم، ما لا يجوز أن يباع، ما يجوز من السلف وما لا يجوز، باب كراء الأرض، باب في الاستهلال. هذا وقد جاء من هذه الرسالة مذيلة بتحقيق لطيف هدفه إجلاء ما فيها من غموض، ولبس وشرح ما خفي من معاني مفرداتها.
