تأسيساً على هذا المبدأ تحفز فينا الإستشارات الحديثة في مجال تطبيق التمكين بأشكال متعددة الذي عرفه R. Daft في كتابيه الإدارة، وكتاب السلوك التنظيمي ضمن مفهوم التمكين المستمر الذي يعرف ببساطة كونه "تطبيق التمكين بأشكال متعددة، وضمن حلقات محددة يعيشها الموظف على نحو مستمر.
وفيما يرتبط بالفائدة التطبيقية فيمكن للكتاب أن يقدم خارطة الطريق للمنظمات العربية عامة لا سيما التي تعاني من مشاكل في تمكين المورد البشري الذي لا يستحق التمكين ولا يظهر عدم الإستحقاق إلا بعد وقوع أخطاء وخسائر تتحملها المنظمة، من أن تعمل تلك المنظمات على بناء قدرات ذلك المورد تمكيناً مكتسباً وما يفترض أن يتمتع به من تمكين ممنوح ليضطلع بالمهام التي يُمكّن منها ليعالج التمكين المتسلسل مشكلة التمكين الواسع والتمكين المنقوص بما يضم تطبيق هذه المفاهيم من عيوب.
يقدم هذا الكتاب مصطلحات جديداً في الإدارة يعامل ككلمة واحدة هي التمكين المتسلسل Serial Empowerment الذي يعرف بكونه "أعداد وتهيئة الموظف لمرحلة لاحقة" وضمن خمسة مستويات متسلسلة، ولو وضع هذا المصطلح في شبكة المعلومات الدولية ضمن محرك البحث Google لن يعود بنتائج بحثية نظرية أو عملية تذكر.
