لن تكُونَ اللُغَةُ العربيّة قادِرَةً على أداء وظيفتها الكاملة في المجتمع إلاّ إذا أصبحت أداةً قويّةً سلِيمَةً في يَدِ الإعْلاَمِ بمختلَفِ وسَائِلِهِ، فسلامتُهَا من الأخطاء، ودِقُتُها في الأداء، وفصاحتُها في التَعبير، تنفذ في القُلوبِ نَفَاذَ الغيَّثِ في التَربَةِ الكريمة، فينشأ بها جيلُ يشْعُرُ بالإعتزاز في الإنتماء إلى الوطن، ومن ثمَ يتفانَى في خدمة مجتمعه، ويحرِصُ على تقدُمِهِ ورُقيِّهِ.
ولما كان الإعلامُ في علاقِتِهِ باللّغة العربيّة يضطلع بِكُلَ هذهِ الأهميّة، فإنّ تخليص لُغَتِهِ من الأخطاء وتجنبيها أشكال الإنحراف مسؤوليةً مقدسةً، وجب أن تكونَ – على الدوام – محلّ عنايةِ الباحثين، حتى نرتقي اللّغة الإعلامية إلى ما يصبُو إليه المجتمع الجزائِرِي من التطلّعاتِ والآمال.
وفي هذا السياق يأتي موضوع بحثَنَا هذا لِيَكُونَ لَبِنَةً في صَرح مشُروع ترقية اللّغة العربية، وجعلها قابلةُ لمواكبة التطوُر الحضاري والتكنولوجي السريع، من خلال الإسهام في إنجاز دليل لغوي لتقويم لغة الإعلام في الجزائر، وذلك بتصحيح وتصويب ما علق ويعُلَقُ بلغة الإعلام من أشكال الإنحرافات المختلفة، وفق رؤيةِ منهجية جديدة؛ تتجاوز فكرة الإكتفاء بتصويب الأخطاء الشائعة عن طريق الخطأ والصواب على النمط الكلاسيكي المعهود في هذا الشأن إلى الإجراء المنهجي المدروس المعتمد على تصنيف الخطأ وفق مستويات التحليل اللّغوي الحديثة.
