المؤلفه هى كاتبه صحفية ولكنها لا تكتب لنا هذا الكتاب بهذه الصفه وتخرج نفسها من الموضوع بل تضع نفسها فى الدائرة دائرة الفتيات الاتى يرتدبن الحجاب فهى تقول ان الجميع يظن ان التى ترتدى الحجاب تكبت نفسها وتكتمها عن انطلاقها وهى هنا لاتتطرق للموضوع من وجه النظر الدنينة ولكنها أرادت ان تفض الاشتباك بين الحجاب والمحجبات فلا يجب ان يسخر احد من سلوك المحجبة اذا وجد فيهن مكروه ما أو راوا تصرفاتها غير لائقة فالحجاب قد ترتديه الفتاة لعدة أسباب وليس من الضرورى انها ترتدى بسبب التدين وقد ترتديه لمجرد العادات الاجتماعية التى تفرض عليها ذلك حتى انه فى مصر فى بعض القرى الجنوبية ترتدى الفتيات غير المسلمات ما يشبه الحجاب لمجرد الحفاظ على العادات والتقاليد .
