لقد استخرت الله عز وجل في بحث عقد التامين المنتشر بين الناس ولقد حاولت جهد طاقتي ألا أتأثر برغبة في تحليل أو تحريم وإنما كان هدفي هو الوصول إلى الحقيقة التى هى ضالة المؤمن دائما والتى يدور معها دائما حيث دارت ومن أجل ذلك وجدتني أقف تارة في صف التأمين بالنسبة لبعض جوانبه كما في زواية موقف التوكل على الله تعالى من التأمين ، وكما في حالة بيع كالئ بكالئ . ومن ناحية أخرى كان لزاما على أن أقف موقف الرفض من الجوانب التى يصطدم فيها عقد التامين بأحكام الشريعة الاسلامية . ولقد انتهيت إلى أن نظام التأمين التجاري الذي تقوم به شركات التأمين المختلفة انما هو نوع من القمار الباطل والمحرم شرعا . وهذا تخريجا على رأى جميع فقهاء الاسلام قديما بالنسبة لبعض المسائل التى ترتبط بعقد التأمين العصري وتؤثر فيه تأثيرا مباشرا ثم بينت بعد ذلك البديل الشرعي لهذا التأمين المرفوض. وبعد فانه ليس معنى هذا الحرص أن هذا البحث قد جاء خاليا من الشوائب فان الخطأ طبيعة ابن آدم دائما ولذلك فانه يسرني ان أسمع من أى انسان تصحيحا للأخطاءالتى قد ترد في هذا البحث بشرط واحد وهو ان يكون التصحيح أساسه فهم صحيح للكتاب والسنة وعدم تحميل النصوص مالا تطيقه.
