إذا كنا نرى أن هناك ما يمكن أن يسمى بـ "الجدلية الأمنية"، التي تعني أنه على الرغم من أن الأصل في جهز الأمن أنه جهاز منوط به تحقيق "السلام الإجتماعي"، إلا أنه -في الوقت ذاته- جهاز "تصادمي"، فإنه من المرجح أن الإقتراح بحل ذي طابع "معرفي" لتعقيد العلاقة بين كل من حرية التعبير الفني (من جهة) ومسئوليات الأجهزة الأمنية في مجتمع ما (من جهة أخرى) ليست بالأمر اليسير، غير أنه من المرجح- أيضاً- أن الإجتهاد البحثي في هذا المجال من شأنه أن يمهد الطريق نحو فك الإشتباك التقليدي بين الأمن والإبداع، هذا الإشتباك الذي يمكن ملاحظته في أغلب بلاد العالم، وخصوصاً بلاد العالم الثالث؛ بما يتيح لمثل هذه المجتمعات أن تبتعد عن "الحل الرقابي" على الإبداع (بمفهومه ذي الطابع الأمني)، اقتراباً من "الطرح الإبداعي"، بما يلازم- بالضرورة- من منحى ثقافي مشمول بالوعي الفكري، "بديلاً معرفياً حضارياً" للرقابة (بكل أشكالها) على كل من الإبداع والتلقي معاً. ومن ثم، فإنه مهما تتمادى الأفلام السينمائية التي تنتقد الجهاز الأمني في خشونة نقدها، فإنه من المرجح أن يؤدي ذلك إلى توسيع الفجوة التقليدية بين المواطن وبين هذا الجهاز، وإنما من الممكن أن يؤدي إلى طرح الوعي بضرورة مراقبته ومحاسبته طبقاً للقانون.
