هذا كتاب "الروح" وهو كتاب جليل القدر، عظيم النفع، من كتب الشيخ الإمام ابن قيم الجوزية، عليه رحمة الله ورضوانه، وقد قمت بتحقيقه وتخريج أحاديثه وضبط بعض ألفاظه المشكلة، والكتاب يعد موسوعة طيبة في الكلام عن الروح ومستقرها بعد مفراقتها للجسد، وتنعمها في قبرها وتعذيبها بما كسبت إن استحقت العذاب، وتلاقي الأرواح وتزاورها، وغير ذلك من مباحث الروح مما بينه لنا رسولنا "صلى الله عليه وسلم" في سنته، ويعد الكتاب كذلك من كتب الرقائق التي ينبغي للمسلم النظر فيها حتى يتخلى عن بلايا الذنوب التي تجلب غضب الله تعالى في الدنيا والآخرة، وذلك أن ابن القيم رحمه الله عرض للأسباب المؤدية لعذاب القبر والأسباب التي تؤدي إلى النجاة من ذلك والفوز بالنعيم في الدنيا والبرزخ والآخرة، وبعد، فهذا الكتاب -مثل بقية كتب ابن القيم- عظيم القدر، جليل المنافع، وقد اجتهدت في إخراجه في صورة حسنى، حتى أساعد القارئ على النظر فيه والإفادة من مباحثه.
