ولسوف يكتشف القارئ أن هانز هيرمان هوبا - أستاذ الإقتصاد وتلميذ المفكر الألماني الكبير يورغن هابرماس قبل أن يصبح ليبرتاريا عنيدا - منظّر مثير للجدل، ولا تنقصه الحجة لا الإقتصادية ولا الأخلاقية، فهو يبتدئ بمقدمات مقنعة لينتهي إلى إستنتاجات صادمة وغير مألوفة من مثل: (الديمقراطية فكرة فاشلة وشريرة وخطيرة، والتحول الديمقراطي تدهور حضاري مؤكّد، والهجرة تمثل غزواً ودمجاً قسرياً، والمساواة الديمقراطية سرقة لأنها تتطلب نقلاً للملكيات ممن يملكون إلى من لا يملكون، والجمهوريات الديمقراطية ستنهار في أوروبا كما انهارت الملكيات، وأن انهيارها مسألة وقت فقط، وبرامج الضمان الإجتماعي والتأمين الصحي ضرب من ضروب السرقة ستقود حتماً إلى آثار إجتماعية كارثية، والمساواة بين الناس إنحطاط، والنظام الطبيعي يقوم على الإعتراف بعدد قليل من النبلاء والنخب الطبيعية المعترف بشجاعتها وذكائها وتفوقها، مع إقصاء الكثرة الكاثرة من المتبطلين والمتسكعين والعاجزين والمرضى والمتطفلين الذين يعيشون على حساب الأسياد المتفوقين الذين منحتهم الطبيعة مواهب وإمتيازات خاصة... إلخ).
إن هذه الطريقة في التفكير والإستنتاج ستذكر كثيرين بأفكار الفيلسوف الألماني فردريك نيتشه.
وعلى الرغم من أن الكتاب يخلو من أية إشارة إلى نيتشه، إلا أن أفكار هذا الأخير وروحه الوثّابة والمقتحمة والضاربة كصاعقة تأخذ بتلابيب هذا الكتاب من البداية إلى النهاية.
