ان الاسلام ليس دينا خاصا اختص الله به جماعة من الناس او امة واحدة منهم بل هو دين عالمى دين السماحة والاخاء ورفع الظلم عن الناس والذى يريد كرامتهم واكرامهم فى الدنيا والاخره وقد اراد المؤلف فى هذا الكتاب ان يعرف بالاسلام تعريف شاملا صحيا وذلك من خلال التعرين بجوانبه كل مراحل واشكاه الحياه المستمرة وكل ما يحدث فيها من انجاز حضارى وعملى باهر ينتهى للفعل الاسلامى والعربى .. ولان اغلب الامم الاخرى لا تعرف عن الاسلام شيئا ولاتعرف سماحته ومناسبته لكل العصور ولكل اشكال الحياة فانه من الواجب علينا ان نعرفهم نحن به كما انه من الواجب عليهم كذلك االاضطلاع على الدين الاسلامى ايضا والذى يدين به مئات الملايين من الناس الذين يجاورونهم ويعيشون معهم على نفس الكوكب .
