ولد الشيخ في 23 إبريل عام 1963م، وتتلمذ على أيدي مشايخ الدعوة السلفية بالإسكندرية، واهتم بجانب التربية خصوصاً تربية النشء بحكم تدريسه في المدارس للمرحلة الإعدادية (المتوسطة)، حتى أصبح علماً في تربية النشء بمدينة الإسكندرية.
