نظراً لتعلّقي الشّديد بقضايا التأويل واللّغة، والبحث في إشكالية قراءة النّص الشرعي وتحليله، فقد اخترتُ هذا المجال لأتناول فيه علماً من الأعلام الشوامخ، وشخصيةً فذّة من مشاهير علماء الأندلس من القرن الثامن الهجري تصلح بالفعل أن تكون نموذجاً لموضوع البحث في الدراسات اللّغوية والقرآنية.
إنّه الإمام أبو إسحاق الشاطبي (7930هـ)، إذ يعدُّ أكبر مفكري الأمة ومنظريها، فقد أصبح اليوم كما يقول الشيخ مصطفى الزرقا "نجماً ساطعاً يستضاء به في بحوث أصول الشريعة ومقاصدها، وتوضح به المحجّة، وتقام به الحجّة".
لقد اشتهر الشاطبي بتضلّعه في اللّغة وحذقه لفنونها، وسبر أغوارها، والغوص في أعماقها، مكّنه ذلك من توظيف فكره اللّغوي في قراءة النّص الشرعي والقرآني خاصة قراءة استوقفتنا على غاياته ومقاصده ومآلاته.
وكان هدفنا الأساس من هذا البحث، هو الوقوف على إجتهادات الشّاطبي الذي برز بمشروع كان فريداً فيه، تأسس على منهج فكري لغوي في طُرق إستنباط المقصد من النّص، والغوص في المعاني الدقيقة، فكان الشاطبي في هذا البحث مركز المعنى جاداً في تشكيل مشروعه التأويلي.
وما تجدر الإشارة إليه أن النّص الشرعي هو نص يشتغل على بنية اللّغة الدالة، وعلى شكلها التركيبي، لذلك نجد الشاطبي اهتم بقضايا المعنى، وبدلالة الألفاظ على المعاني، وبطرق التأويل من تخصيص للعام أو تقييد لمطلق بما لا يصرف الألفاظ عن ظاهرها، ويجعله تأويلاً بعيداً لا تحتمله أساليب اللغة، كما دافع عن إتساق النص القرآني وإنسجامه، ليبرهن على وحدته وعدم تناقضه.
