مما لا شك فيه أن العنصرية هي السبب الرئيسي في (ركل السلم بعيداً) ذلك السلم الذي صعدت عليه الدول الرأسمالية المتقدمة, ثم تنكرت بعد ذلك له وركلته بعيداً حتي لا تصعد عليه الدول النامية لتظل كما هي تدور في فلك الدول المتقدمة, وتكون مصدراً للمواد الخام والأيدي العاملة الرخيصة وسوقاً لمنتجات الدول المتقدمة وتقام فيها فقط الصناعات الملوثة للبيئة.
إن العولمة هي وسيلة إعادة إخضاع الدول النامية إقتصادياً وسياسياً وثقافياً لهيمنة الدول المتقدمة في ظل الليبرالية الجديدة وإقتصاديات السوق. كما أن برامج التثبيت لصندوق النقد الدولي وبرامج التكييف الهيكلي للبنك الدولي تمهد الطريق لتكريس تبعية وإخضاع الدول النامية لهيمنة الدول المتقدمة وعلي رأسها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
والنتيجة الحتمية لتطبيق مبادئ الليبرالية الجديدة هي نشر الفقر في الدول النامية, وهو مقدمة طبيعية لنشر "الفوضي العمياء" ليحل الخراب والدمار ثم الأنهيار, وبهذا يسهل تقطيع الدولة الواحدة إلي دويلات مستقلة متناحرة فيما بينها.
