وقد قسمت الكتاب إلى قسمين، القسم الأول: وهو القسم الدراسى ويقع فى أربعة مباحث مختصرة جداً. أما القسم الثانى: فهو القسم التحقيقي، وقد أوردت فيه نص رسالة "أدب الفتيا" محققاً تحقيقاً علميا، دققت فيه النص، ووثقته وخدمته بما يقتضى المقام فيه.
