لا يزال الصغير نائمًا - أو هكذا بدأ للآخرين - وهم يتحلقون حوله وابتسامة صافية تعلو وجهه الصغير، حاول الأب أن يقتحم حلم الصغير الذى شاهد ورأى ما لم يستطع أبوه أن يراه، رأى أمه وهي تجلس بالقرب من نبع نهر وحولها خضرة كثيفة وطيور بيضاء تحط على كتفها مرة، ومرة تقف على يدها وقد ازدانت وتزينت الأم وتطيبت بالمسك والعنبر الذي لم يعرف له من قبل سميا غير أنها قالت له: "معي قارورة من المسك والعنبر سوف أرشها عليك عندما تخرج معي" . أقترب الصغير منها وحاول أن يمد يده إلى صدرها لكنها امتنعت, وغرفت له بيدها غرفة من عسل، وباليد الأخرى غرفة من خمر بيضاء لذة للشاربين، وأقبل الصغير يرتشف فى نهم حتى سال على حواف فمه العسل والخمر.
