كما يتم التركيز في الكتاب على مناقشة التطورات الجديدة التي حدثت في أشكال وتقنيات التمويل الدولي، مثل القروض الدائرية، وقروض العطاءات، والمقايضة بالعملات الدولية وغيرها من الأشكال...
