من هنا فقد ركزت الدراسة التى بين يديك عزيزى القارئ والباحث على محاولة التعرف على أوضاع اللاجئين والمهاجرين السوريين الذين شكلوا حركة لجوء واسعة لم تقتصر على الدول المجاورة لسوريا فحسب، بل تعدت ذلك إلى الدول الأوربية.
تركز الدراسة على أحوال المهاجرين السوريين وأوضاعهم فى مصر من حيث التعرف على أسباب القدوم و تحقيق عملية اندماجهم فى المجتمع المصرى وأكثر المناطق الجغرافية جذبا بالنسبة إليهم. وكذلك دراسة أوضاعهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية من خلال دراسة حالات نموذجية مختارة.
