في قصة القصر المسكون - وما أكثر القصور المسكونة... بلغ الولع بالتقمص الروحي والجسدي حداً دفع "الميجور المجنون" إلى رغبته الملحّة في أن تتقمص روحه بعد موته في جسد كلب، ولا أي كلب... كلب الصيد الأسود الضخم، الذي كان يقتنيه... ما دفع ورثته إلى قتل كل الكلاب الأخرى التي كان يمتلكها، مخافة أن تتجسد روح "الميجر المجنون" جسد كلب... ولئلا يضطر الورثة إلى إقامة دعوى على الكلب... الوريث الشرعي!...
ليس هذا فقط، بل إن أشهر أشباح بريطانيا أطلق الرصاص على الشبح وأخذ له صورة، مع أدلة إثبات التصوير دونما أي تزييف!...
يبقى ألاّ ننسوا هذا التاريخ المهم: الثاني من تشرين الثاني هو يوم العيد السنوي لكل الأرواح... فالتمسوا فيه رؤية شيء ما، "غير شكل"... ولا تخافوا!!..
