حتى نتعرف على كيفية حماية الإنسان في حالات الكوارث الطبيعية في القانون الدولي والشريعة الإسلامية، وما يثيره هذا الموضوع من نقاط قانونية وشرعية هامة تستوجب البحث والدراسة. فقد رأينا أن نتناوله عن طريق تقسيمه إلى فصل تمهيدي وثلاثة أبواب. وذلك على النحو التالي:
فصل تمهيدي: مفهوم الكوارث الطبيعية في القانون الدولي والشريعة الإسلامية.
الباب الأول: قواعد حماية الإنسان من الكوارث الطبيعية في القانون الدولي والشريعة الإسلامية. ونقسمه إلى فصلين: الفصل الأول: القانون الدولي لمواجهة الكوارث الطبيعية، الفصل الثاني: التشريع الإسلامي لمواجهة الكوارث الطبيعية.
الباب الثاني: التعاون الدولي في حالات الكوارث الطبيعية. ويشتمل على ثلاثة فصول، الفصل الأول: التعاون الدولي في مجال تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية لضحايا الكوارث الطبيعية، الفصل الثاني: التعاون الدولي في مجال تنظيم دخول مواد وأفرد الإغاثة الإنسانية، الفصل الثالث: أحكام تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية في الشريعة الإسلامية.
الباب الثالث: آليات حماية الإنسان في حالات الكوارث الطبيعية، ونقسمه إلى فصلين: الفصل الأول: آليات حماية الإنسان من الكوارث الطبيعية في إطار المنظمات الدولية، الفصل الثاني: آليات حماية الإنسان من الكوارث الطبيعية في إطار الشريعة الإسلامية، ثم خاتمة نستعرض فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي خلصنا إليها من هذا البحث.
