فالنظر المقاصدي الأصيل يقوم على الموازنة بين ظاهر النص ومقصوده، وبين مبناه ومعناه، وفق ميزان الشرع، ومعيار الإجتهاد الصحيح وضوابطه.
وهذا النظر المقاصدي هو في حقيقته يتمثل في مبدأ الوسطية الإسلامية التي تقررت بأدلة كثيرة على أنها خصيصة قطعية وسمة مؤكدة من سمات شريعة الله تعالى الغراء.
فإن علم المقاصد أضحى اليوم من العلوم العليّة والشريفة والمباحث الجليلة، وهو علم دقيق، لا يخوض فيه إلا من لطُف ذهنه، وإستقام فهمه، ودق إجتهاده، وهو علم أصيل، راسخ الأساس، ثابت الأركان، مستقر القواعد، مرن الفروع والجزئيات.
