Book Description
تعدّ الدراسات اللهجية واحدة من الدراسات المهمة في اللغة، لأنها تمثل مرحلة مهمة من مراحل النطق باللغة، كيف لا وهي تدرس حركات بنية الكلمة تارة وتركيبها مع الكلمات تارة أخرى، ودلالتها في الإستعمال تارة ثالثة.
أما هذا الكتاب فهو يمثل محاولة جادة من المؤلفين، للكشف عن كتاب ظل في طيات المكتبات منسيّاً، وهو كتاب المنجَّد في اللغة، فضلاً عن أن مؤلفه (كراع النمل) من علماء اللغة الذين ظلمتهم الدراسات الحديثة، لذا يمكن أن يكون هذا المؤلَّف مصنفاً إلى حدّ بعيد لكتاب المنجد.
أما مادة المؤلَّف فهي غزيرة عمَّت فائدتها جميع الإختصاصات، فضلاً عن أنه معجم لغوي لهجي شامل.
وأخيراً يمكن القول عنه إنه أول معجم لهجي متخصص في المشترك اللفظي.
