هذا مختصر لمنظومة في فقه الإمام أحمد رضي الله عنه، قد اشتهر أصلها عند علماء المذهب وطلابه منذ عصر ناظمها في القرن السابع الهجري، للعلامة شمس الدين أبو عبد الله محمد بن عبد القوي بن بدران المقدسي المرادي الصالحي الحنبلي، وهو من العلماء في الفقه والحديث وعلوم العربية.
ومن المعلوم لمتتبع فقه الإمام أحمد وكتبه يرى أنها لم تخدم من ناحية شرحها والحواشي عليها وشرح ما لم يشرح وإخراج الكتب المخطوطة وتحقيقها ونشرها، وعادة العلماء تقريب كتب العلم إلى طلابه وتسهيلها ليسهل على الطالب حفظ مسائله واستحضارها عند إرادتها ولا يسهل هذا إلا بنظمها، وذلك لأنه اشتهر عند العلماء وطلبة العلم أن الشعر أو النظم أسهل للحفظ من النثر.
