النظامُ القضائي والقانوني في مصرَ مرحلة الانتقالِ من إدارة المماليك إلى العثمانيّين (922-931/1517-1525)
ينطلقُ البحثُ الذي بين أيدينا من نفْس المنطلق ، يحاجج فكرةً بعينها ، تلك الفكرة القائلة بأنّ الإدارةَ العثمانية حينما وضعتْ يدَها على القطْر المصري ، قضتْ على التنوّع المذهبي ؛ الذي كان متمثِّلًا في القضاءِ على المذاهبِ الأربعة ؛ الحنفي والمالكي والشافعي والحنبلي ، وأعلَنت المذهبَ الحنفي مذهبًا رسميًّا للبلاد ، يأخذُ البحثُ على عاتقه أكثرَ الفترات الحرجة في التاريخ العثماني المصري ، وهي فترة دخول السّلطان ياوز سليم مصرَ ، وانتزاع البلادِ من أيْدي المماليك, والقضاء على السلطان الشَّرْكَسي طُومَان باي آخرِ سلاطين المماليك، يتناول الفترةَ ما بين 922-931 هجرية (1517-1525)، تبدأ من الدّخول العثماني للقاهرة ، هذا مِن ناحية التّاريخ ،
أمّا من ناحية الموضوع فإنه يضعُ يدَه على النظامين القضائي والقانوني في هذه الفترة ، كيف كان قبْل العثمانيّين , وكيف أرادَه العثمانيّون, وما الذي حدث على أرض الواقع .
