من مواليد حمص سوريا عام 1961, نال شهادة دكتور في الطب البشري من جامعة دمشق عام 1985, نال ماجستير في الأحاء الدقيقة عام 1989, نال إجازة في اللغة و آدابها من جامع حلب عام 1993, نال الاختصاص في الدمويات 1996, درس العلوم الشرعية الإسلامية في كلية الشريعة بجامعة دمشق, درس اللغة الإنجليزية و آدابها في كلية الآداب في جامعة البعث. من أعماله المنشورة: أحبك ربيـ نجاوي شعرية , لحن البراءةـ أغاريد للأطفال, لكم يغني الربيعـ أغاريد للأطفال, عطر السماءـ حداء للبنين و البنات.
