إن النظام الأسري في الإسلام هو النظام الوحيد الذي بقي لنا محفوظاً من عبث العابثين، برغم المحاولات الكثيرة التي بُذلت من خلال مؤتمرات المرأة العالمية التي تدعو إلى تعدد أنواع الأسرة مثل وثيقة بكين، وبرغم بعض المعاهدات والإتفاقيات مثل إتفاقية إزالة كافة أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة التي تحفظت على بعض بنودها دولنا العربية والإسلامية: نظراً لما جاء فيها مما يقوض دعائم الأسرة.
فقد جاءت فتوى إباحة الزواج المسمى بــ"زواج المسيار"، وفتوى إباحة "زواج الفرند" الصادرتان من المجمع الفقهي التابع لرابطة العالم الإسلامي ضربة قاضية للنظام الأسري في الإسلام، فهذان الزواجان يفتقران إلى أسس الأسرة وأحكامهما في الإسلام، كما يفتقران إلى أحكام الزواج والطلاق والخُلع والتعدد في الإسلام.
وأقول هنا: "أما آن الأوان لأن تكون المرأة عضوة في المجاميع الفقهية؟"…
