هذا رجل أقام على بدعته دهرا طويلا ثم اهتدى، لكن قلبه كاد ان يتقطع على ما مضى من العمر، ويريد ان يستدرك فيما تبقى من العمل؟.
شاب من الشباب تردد حاله بين الهداية الغواية ، واعتراه الشيطان ما اعتراه، حتى ضعفت همته ، وانتكست سيرته،ولما سمع مندي الإيمان يدعوه: الى الهدى ائتنا.. قرر النهوض والإنطلاق، لكنه يسألعن التعويض والاستدراك، فماذا يفعل؟.
طالب علم أنفق سنوات عزيزة من عمره، ولم يهتد إلى طريق الرشد في الطلب إلا بعد حين، ولو استقبل من أمره ما استدبر لفعل كذا، ولصنع كذا، وربما تعجل التصدر قبل التاهل، وشعر بالورطة في منتصف السبيل، ويريد الآن أن يستدرك على نفسه، فكيف يصنع؟.
