وفي هذا الكتاب قام الدكتور "محمد عطا يوسف" بجمع تفاسير هذا العالم الكبير وإظهار المؤكد منها والقوى وقد اشار إلى ما تركه منها. وقد استعان الباحث في عمله هذا بكتب التفاسير منها جامع البيان للطبري، الجامع لأحكام القرآن للقرطبي وغيرها من المراجع. وقد احتوى كتابه على نص التفسير ملحقا بتراجم للرواة و القضايا الكبرى التى تناولها في تفسيره وقد اتبع الباحث في ترتيبه للتفسير نفس ترتيب السور في القرآن الكريم.
