علمٌ النَّاسِخِ وَالمنسُوخِ علمٌ جليلُ الشأنِ، عظيمُ الخطرِ، لا يَسعُ أحدًا مِمنَّ تكلمَ في دين الله تعالى جَهلُهُ، ومن المتون المهمة جدًّا في علمِ النَّاسِخِ وَالمنسُوخِ: (منظومة المنسوخ في القرآن الكريم) للحافظ جلال الدين السيوطي - رحمه الله - وهي على وجازتها، سهلة الألفاظ، واضحة العبارة، يسيرة الحفظ، وهذا شرح متوسط على المنظومة، ذكرت فيه ما صح من الآثار، وما حسن من الأخبار، مما يتعلق بالآيات موضع الدراسة، وأقوال العلماء فيما تصح فيه دعوى النسخ، وفيما لا يصح أن يكون فيه نسخ.
ويشتمل الكتاب على ترجمة للناظم رحمه الله، وأشهر المؤلفات في النَّاسِخِ وَالمنسُوخِ، والتَّرغِيب فِي تَعَلُّمِ النَّاسِخِ وَالمنسُوخِ، وتَعرِيف بالنَّسخِ لغةً واصطلاحًا، وسبيلُ معرفةِ النَّاسِخِ وَالمنسُوخِ، وإِثبَات النَّسخِ، والرَدُّ عَلَى مُنكريهِ، والشُّبهات التي تَمسَّكَ بِهَا من أنكر وقوع النَّسخِ وقال بعدمِ جَوازِه، وأَضرُب النَّسخِ، وأَقسَامُهُ، والحِكمَةُ من وقوع النَّسخِ في صُوَره المختلفة، والفرقُ بَين النَّسخِ وَالتَّخصِيصِ وَالِاستِثنَاء، وما لا يَجُوزُ النَّسخُ بهِ، وما لا يدخله النَّسخُ، مع ذكرِ أسباب نزولِ الآياتِ محل الدراسة، وبيان المعنى الإجمالي لها.
