في هذا الكتاب "دفع الأوهام عن مسألة القراءة خلف الإمام" رسالة لطيفة ثمينة تتصل بمسألة فقهية عملية متداولة بين المسلمين كل يوم خمس مرات، في كل بقعة يجتمعون فيها لأداء الصلوات المكتوبات، وهي مسألة: هل يقرأ المأموم خلف إمامه في صلاة الجماعة أم لا؟ جاءت بهذه الرسالة النافعة المانعة يراعه المحدث الشيخ عبد الغفار بن عبد الغني عيون السود الشيباني الحمصي، أحد كبار علماء مدينة حمص، وفيها بين مذاهب الأئمة الأربعة في هذه المسألة الفقهية، وذكر دليل كل منهم باختصار، ليقف المصلي على خلاف الفقهاء فيها، ويعلم كل بمأخذ ودليل إمام مذهبه الذي يقلده، فيزداد بذلك طمأنينة فيما يفعل، ولا ينكر على غيره إن رأى منه ما يخالف ما هو عليه.
ولأهمية هذه الرسالة النادرة اعتنى "سائد بكداش" بخدمتها والعناية بها، والتعليق عليها بما تحتاج إليه من تعليق، وبالرجوع لمضمون عمله نجد أنه يتجلى بـ: فصل عبارات الرسالة. 2-وضع علامات ترقيم لها، وضبط النص بالشكل ليسهل فهمه والوقوف على المراد منه. 2-وضع عناوين للفقرات لإبرازها وإيضاحها. 3-خرج الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة وبين درجتها من خلال أقول أئمة هذا الشأن، كما خرج الآثار الكريمة الواردة في الكتاب. 4-قام بتخريج نصوص الكتاب من مصادرها التي نقل منها المؤلف. 5-الحق في الحاشية بعض الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالرسالة إتماماً للفائدة. 6-ترجم للإعلام غير المشهورين ترجمة مختصرة. 7-قام بتعديل النصوص التي نقلها المؤلف.
يذكر الإمام الغزالي رحمه الله أن أشرف العلوم: "ما ازدوج فيه العقل والسمع واصطحب فيه الرأي والشرع.
- وعلم أصول الفقه، من هذا القبيل، فإنه يأخذ من صفو الشرع والعقل سواء السبيل، فلا هو تصرُّف بمحض العقول، بحيث لا يتلقَّاه الشرع بالقبول، ولا هو مبني على محض التقليد الذي لا يشهد له العقل بالتأييد والتسديد".
وهذه دراسة مبسّطة لبعض مباحث هذا العلم جعلتُها في الحكم الشرعي ومباحث القرآن الكريم. راجين الله تعالى أن ينفع به طلاب هذا العلم المبارك، وهو الموفِّق وعليه التكلان.
