نقدّم لأصحاب الفضيلة والسماحة الكرام الجزء الثالث من المباحث الفقهية، تقريراً لأبحاث شيخنا وأستاذنا الشيخ محمد إسحاق الفياض، الذي يضمّ بين طيّاته مبحثين فقهيين، وهما: صلاة الجمعة، وصلاة نوافل.
وكنت قد شرعت بكتابتهما قبل عشرة أعوام، وتحديداً في يوم الجمعة الثامن عشر من شهر ربيع الأول لعام (1431هجرية) في حاضرة العلم النجف الأشرف، تحت إشراف شيخنا، مضافاً إلى جملة أخرى من الأبحاث الفقهية والأصولية والرجالية، التي نسأل الله تعالى أن ترى النور في قادم الأيام بغية تعميم الفائدة.
ومن حسنات هذه الأبحاث - وخصوصاً صلاة النوافل - أنّها كانت محطّة لتطبيقات أصولية مهمّة في عملية الإستنباط، وممارسة حيّة لعملية صناعة الفتوى، كما في جملة من الأبحاث، كالإطلاق والتقييد والتعارض والجمع العرفي وغيرها.
