وَمِمَّا يثلج الصدر أننا أصبحنا نلمس بكل موضوعية أن مشروع الإصلاح الإداري قد بدأ يؤتي ثماره، وأن ملامح تطهير الإدارة وتخليق الحياة العامة قد بدأت ترتسم، ووزارة الداخلية قل تدخلها في توجيه نتائج الانتخابات، رغم تدخلها في العديد من القطاعات الأخرى، ولكن ما يهمني هو أن تكون هذه المؤسسة وغيرها من المؤسسات العمومية ذات مصدقية، وتعمل بكل نزاهة وشفافية لخدمة البلاد والعباد.
وأن يتحمل كل مسؤول المهمة الملقاة على عاتقه بأمانة وإخلاص، فبلادنا، ولله الحمد، غنية بالأطر والأدمغة والطاقات الخلاقة التي تؤهلها لكي تكون في الطليعة، وهذا ما نرجو لها في ظل القيادة الرشيدة للملك محمد السادس.
