إن فكرة هذا الكتاب يؤكد على أهمية التدريب في تنمية الذكاء وهذا يؤكد على فعالية الاهتمام بتطوير منظومات التدريب في تناقل المعرفة والخبرات بما يناسب احتياجات كل مؤسسة حسب عملها وحاجة موظفيها، فالاكتفاء بتناقل المعرفة التقليدي وخبرة الممارسة لا يكفي للحصول على فعالية مناسبة، فالتدريب هو ناقل معرفي وخبراتي يسرع في رفع مستمر وكبير في أداء المؤسسات والشركات.
