وهذه الوصايا أكثر من أن يحيط بها حصر، وأوسع من أن يقع عليها حظر، فهي مقنعة لمن كان له قلبن وكافية لمن كان له لب.
فتأملوا معاشر شيعة المؤمنين، ما قاله نبيكم صلى الله عليه وسلم، وما قالته أئمتكم عليهم السلام، وندبوا إليه، وحضوا عليه، وانظروا إليه بعيون قلوبكم، واسمعوه بآذانها، وعوه بما وهبه الله لكم، واحتج به عليكم من العقول السليمة، وإفهام الصحيحة، ولا تكونوا كأندادكم، الذين يسمعون الحجج اللازمة، والحكم البالغة صفحاً، وينظرون فيها تصفحاً، ويستجيدونها قولاً، ويعجبون بها لفظاً، فهم بالموعظة لا ينتفعون، ولا فيما رغبوا يرغبون، ولا هما حذروا ينزجرون، فالحجى لهم لازمة، والحسرة عليهم دائمة. بل خذوا ما ورد إليكم، عمن فرض الله طاعته عليكم، وتلقوا ما نقله الثقات عن السادات، بالسمعوا لطاعة، والانتهاء إليه والعمل به، وكونوا من التقصير مشفقين، وبالعجز مقرين.
