بهرام الدَّمِيري (734 - 805 هـ = 1334 - 1402 م)
بهرام بن عبد الله بن عبد العزيز، أبو البقاء، تاج الدين السلمي الدميري القاهري:
• فقيه انتهت إليه رياسة المالكية في زمنه. مصري نسبته إلى (ميرة) قرية قرب دمياط.
• أفتى ودرس وناب في القضاء بمصر، واستقل به سنة 791 - 792 وتوجه مع القضاة الى الشام لحرب الظاهر، وعاد الظاهر، فعزله بعد أن طعن في صدره وشدقه.
• وكان محمود السيرة لين الجانب، كثير البر، انتفع به الطلبة ولاسيما بعد صرفه عن القضاء.
له كتب منها:
• (الشامل - خ) على نسق (مختصر خليل) في الصادقية وغيرها [طُبع]
• و (شرحه)
• (المناسك) في مجلدة
• و (شرح) في ثلاثة مجلدات
• (شرح مختصر خليل - خ) في الفقه أربعة مجلدات [طُبع لبهرام شرحان لمختصر خليل: الشرح الصغير والأوسط]
• (شرح مختصر ابن الحاجب) في الأصول
• (شرح ألفية ابن مالك)
• (الدرة الثمينة) منظومة في نحو 3000 بيت
• و (شرحها)
اطلع السخاوي على بعض هذه الكتب بخطه (1).
