يقدم هذا الكتاب أحكام عقد الإيجار وفق قانون المالكين والمستأجرين إذ يبين نطاق تطبيق قانون المالكين والمستأجرين من حيث الموضوع والأشخاص والزمان بالإضافة إلى إثبات عقد الإيجار والأجرة وتحديد مقدارها وزمان استحقاقها وطريقة الدفع ثم يذكر المحكمة المختصة بالنظر في الأجرة المستحقة والامتداد القانوني لعقد الإيجار موضحا ماهية الامتداد القانوني لعقد الإيجار وأحكام هذا الامتداد القانوني والمستفيد من الامتداد القانوني لهذا العقد ويتناول في الفصل الثاني أسباب إخلاء المأجور بسبب تخلف المستأجر عن دفع الأجرة أو مخالفته لأي شرط من شروط العقد وتخلف المستأجر عن دفع حصته من بدل الخدمات المشتركة وقيام المؤجر بتوجيه إنذار عدلي إلى المستأجر بوجوب دفع الأجرة أو مراعاة شروط العقد ثم عدم استجابة المستأجر للإنذار خلال خمسة عشر يوما وتكرار تخلف المستأجر من دفع الأجرة أو تكرار مخالفته لشروط العقد ثلاث مرات أو أكثر ثم يشير إلى إخلاء المأجور وشروط تخلية المأجور تصرف المستأجر في حق الإجارة وبدون موافقة الخطية ويعرج على الاستثناءات التشريعية والقضائية ويشير إلى إخلاء المأجور بسبب إساءة استعماله بالإضافة إلى الأضرار بالمأجور ثم يذكر إخلاء المأجور بسبب رغبة المالك في البناء عليه أو إجراء تغيير أو تعمير وهدم.
