الدكتور مظهر ياسين من مواليد عمان عام 1956، وهو يحمل الدكتورة في إدارة الأعمال وقد أخرج العديد من مسرحيات الأطفال، وعمل سابقا مخرجا في التلفزيون الأردني، إذ يحمل دبلوم إخراج سينما وتلفزيون أيضا، وعمل كذلك محررا ومستشارا ثقافيا وفنيا في عدد من الصحف الأردنية والعربية، وهو عضو اتحاد الكتاب والأدباء الأردنيين، وعضو منظمة الصحفيين العالميين، ورئيس اللجنة الفنية في منتدى الشباب العربي، ومؤسس ورئيس أسرة الفن الأردني.
في المسرح قدم الكثير من الاعمال الفنية الرائعة التي نقشت في الذاكرة وتركت بصمات وعلامة فارقة في فكر كل من شاهدها.
حيث قدم ما يزيد على المائة (100) عمل مسرحي، والعديد من الاعمال الادبية الفكرية والتي تجاوزت ثلاثين كتابا.
