عندما تقدمت العلوم والمعارف وتطور ونضج عقل المرأة والرجل وتوفرت أسباب أكثر لتفاهم وحب أفضل بينهما زادت الأمور سوءاً! فنسبة الطلاق ازدادت كثيراً وارتفعت الشكاوى وصارت ساحات القضاء مكتظة بقضايا الخصمان فيها هما شريكا الحياة، لماذا؟ إذا كان الوعى والنضج فى ازدياد لماذا لم تقل المشكلات الزوجية؟ وإذا كانت الزيجات تبدأ بالحب فلماذا تنتهى سريعاً بالطلاق؟!.. إجابة هذه الأسئلة هى عنوان هذا الكتاب الذى قدمته لنا الكاتبة الصحفية "لميس الطحاوى".. الحب وحده لا يكفى أبداً، أما تفاصيلها فسنجدها فى هذه الصفحات غير معقدة ومستاقة من كلمات وآراء عديدة توصل إليها علماء وباحثون حول العالم، وكذلك خبرة حياتية تملكها المؤلفة بفضل معرفتها واحتكاكها بالكثير من المشكلات الزوجية على أرض الواقع، ومع هذا لم يخرج لنا الكتاب عبارة عن نصائح جافة وحقائق أو نتائج لدراسات جمعت فى مكان واحد، وإنما جاء كهمسة حانية فى أذن كل مقبل أو مقبلة على الزواج أو حتى زوجين حديثى العهد بالتجربة وفى حاجة إلى إدراك أكبر ومعرفة أكثر عن تلك "التجربة" الحياتية الفاصلة وهى "الزواج" وهذا لا يعنى أن الكتاب مقتصراً على هؤلاء فقط، فهو أيضاً فرصة ممتازة أمام من يريد أن يعيد الدفء لعلاقته بشريك حياته ويعيد حساباته من جديد. أجمل ما فى هذا الكتاب أيضاً أنه لم يطل فى الحديث فيمل القارئ منه، ولكن جاءت الوصفات المفيدة به "مركزة" جملها واضحة قريبة من القلب والعقل معاً.. فالمؤلفة لم تنسى الحب والمشاعر وهما وقود الحياة، ولم تهمل العقل والحكمة وهما دفة السفينة.. فإن كان الحب وحده لا يكفى أبداً مع شريك العمر.. فهو معنا هنا عنوان لكتاب يمكنه أن يغير حياة قارئه ويضيف إليها الكثير من الحب والتفاهم والأستقرار.
