يضم هذا الكتاب بعنوان "أساسيات الجغرافية البشرية" خمسة فصول: الأول منها (الجغرافية البشرية ومدارسها) وفيه تمت دراسة علم الجغرافيا وتطوره وفروعه مع التركيز على المدرستين الحتمية والإمكانية؛ وتناول الفصل الثاني (الإنسان) وتمت فيه معالجة موطن الإنسان وإنتشاره وأصله وسلالاته ولغاته وأديان، أما الفصل الثالث فكان مجاله (الإنسان والبيئة الطبيعية) وفيه درس الأثر المتبادل بين عناصر البيئة الطبيعية والإنسان، والبيئات الطبيعية وتكيف الإنسان لها، وتناول الفصل الرابع (الإقتصاد البشري) وفيه درس الإقتصاد البدائي وإقتصاد الكفاف والإقتصاد التجاري، كذلك درس الإنسان والتطور التقني وأخيراً الفصل الخامس (الإستيطان البشري) وفيه درس الإستيطان الريفي والحضري.
