ذهبت الى المتحف المصري أكثر من مائة مرة، وفي كل مرة كنت أمر أمام تماثيل الكتاب المصريين لتحيتهم، إنهم يجلسون القرفصاء، ويضعون كتباً مفتوحة الصفحات على سيقانهم المطوية تحت أجسامهم، بعضهم يمسك بقلم فهو كاتب، وبعضهم الآخر يكتفي بالقراءة، يجب على الكاتب أن يتميز بحسن الخط، أما القارئ فيتميز بحسن الصوت، وعندما ذهبت إلى الصين اكتشفت أن كل تماثيل (بوذا) هي أيضاً تجلس القرفصاء، يبدو أن هذا الوضع يساعد على تحسين أداء الدورة الدموية، ويبدو أن هاتين الحضارتين (المصرية والصينية) واللتين تعتبران من أقدم حضارات العالم قد توصلتا إلى معرفة هذه الحقيقة منذ آلاف السنين.
