فى هذا الكتاب سيلاحظ القارئ أننا قد قدمنا البرنامج من خلال ستة عشرة وحدة لرياض الأطفال والابتدائية. وقد بدأ بوحدات الوعى بالجسم والسيطرة حيث تم توزيعها على ثلاثة مستويات أ, ب, ج, جاءت فى الوحدات الثلاث الأولى, ثم جاءت المهارات الانتقالية فى الوحدات الثلاث الأخرى وهى الرابعة والخامسة والسادسة حيث قسمت أيضا إلى ثلاثة مستويات أ, ب, ج, عرضت فى الوحدات من الرابعة إلى السادسة ثم جاءت الحركات الابتكارية فى الوحدة السابقة ثم الشقلبات فى المستوى (أ), (ب) فى الوحدة الثامنة والتاسعة. وفى الوحدة العاشرة جاءت الحركات على الأجهزة. أما الوحدة الحادية عشرة فضمت الوثب بالحبل. والوحدة الثانية عشرة احتوت على الرمى والقبض من أسفل. كما جاءت الوحدة الثالثة عشرة مضمنة الرمى من أعلى وتفادى الكرة. ثم التعامل مع الكرة فى الوحدة الرابعة عشرة. والوحدة الخامسة عشرة ضمت ركل الكرة. وأخيرا الوحدة السادسة عشرة التى حولت الخبط بأداة.
لقد عمد المؤلف وحاول قدر استطاعته بتوفيق الله تقديم مادة هذا الكتاب بالسلاسة قدر الإمكان دون تعقيد والتسلسل دون تداخل, وعمق دون إسهاب, والاختصار دون إغفال للنقاط الرئيسية الضرورية.
