قدري مايو •عبدالقادر محمد مايو (سورية).
•ولد عام 1935 في حلب.ولد في حلب القديمة, وعاصر الحرب العالمية الثانية.
•حصل على إجازة في اللغة العربية وآدابها من جامعة دمشق, وعلى مؤهل في التربية وعلم النفس 1958, والإجازة في الحقوق من جامعة حلب 1967.
•عمل مدرساً بالمرحلتين الثانوية والجامعية بين 57 - 1988 في كل من سورية, والجمهورية العربية المتحدة, والكويت, والسعودية, كما أسندت إليه بعض الأعمال الإدارية,مثل ادارة ثانوية المأمون الرسمية بحلب ،مارس المحاماة, ثم تفرغ للتأليف والبحث.
•دواوينه الشعرية: هموم صريع الغواني 1975- موت ميت حياة 1976- موسم الهجرة إلى الجنوب 1977.
•مؤلفاته: جرول العبسي - تقويم الحكمة - الثلاثيات في الشعر الصوفي.
•حصل على جوائز من معهد الحرية بالإسكندرية 1959,58, ونادي الطائف الأدبي 1984, 1986, ووزارة المعارف السعودية 1987, وصحيفة البعث السورية 1988.
•ممن كتبوا عنه: بسام ساعي, ومحيي الدين رمضان وعبدالكريم الأشتر.
