إن قواعد اللغة العربية مُتْهمة دائماً بأنها مادة جافّة صعبة الفهم والإستيعاب، والحقيقة أنّ القواعد ليست جافّة وصعبة الفهم، وإنما أسلوب عرضها يحمل في طيّاته أسباب هذا الجفاف.
وبما أن الطالب بحاجة دائمة لمعرفة أسرار اللغة العربية فيما يتعلق بإعراب مفرداتها وجُملها، وبما ان التوصّل إلى هذا الهدف صعب من خلال كتب اللغة المطوَّلة التي بين يديه، فيدفعه ذلك إلى إهمال هذا الجانب المهم من لغته.
ويضع المؤلف كتاباً مبسطاً في الإعراب، استقاه من بطون الكتب المختصّة بهذا الموضوع؛ وقسم الكتاب إلى فصول، وقسم كل فصل إلى قسمين: 1-التعريف، 2-نماذج إعرابية لتعم به الفائدة.
