كما يتطرق الكتاب إلى مشكلات التعليم ويرصد العلاقة بين المعلم والمتعلم، وأفضل طرق الإقناع للأبناء وكيفية تصحيح الأخطاء والنصح والإرشاد مع تقديم امثلة عن التربية الإسلامية في عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من خلال سوق أحاديث هي أحوج ما يحتاج إليه المربي في الزمن الحاضر.
يقول المؤلف: "فكر العقل مستمعك لا بعقلك، فهذا يزيد من فرصة التأثير عليه، ولن يتمكن المربي أن يستخدم الإقناع، إلا إذا أدرك المدخل المناسب لهذا الأسلوب، فلكل نمط من أنماط ا لشخصية مدخل ومفتاح، فإن كان الإبن يغلب عليه الطابع الوجداني، فمخاطبة القلب أولى، وإن كان أسلوبه منطقي ويغلب عليه التحليل والإستنباط والإستنتاج فمخاطبة العقل أجدر... وكذلك حال المرء في السعادة والسرور، يختلف عن حاله في الحزن والكآبة... والمتعلم يختلف عن الجاهل وهكذا...".
