وقصة "قلوب لا تعرف الرحمة" تتحدث عن: "فاطمة تلك الإنسانة الرقيقة الهادئة التي كانت ينبوعاً متدفقاً من العطاء طلق والدها والدتها وهي لا تزال صغيره ويرفض أن يصرف عليهما على الرغم من ثراءه الفاحش تمرض فاطمة مرضاً شديداً تذهب والدتها إلى والدها وتطلب أن يساعدها في إنقاذ إبنتها الوحيدة وتتوسل إليه أن يساعدها ولكن والدها لم يرق قلبه لتوسلات والدتها وإنما طردها من المنزل بقسوة، تحتار أم فاطمة ماذا تفعل وإبنتها تصارع المرض بين الحياة والموت تضطر إلى بيع كليتها لكي تنقذ إبنتها وتعمل لها العملية ، وتمر السنين وتموت والدة فاطمة نتيجة فشل كلوي تبكي فاطمة على فراق والدتها بكاءً مريراً وتضطر إلى العيش في منزل والدها وهنا تبدأ معاناة فاطمة الحقيقية".
